Comments: Rob was great. He came to the property to look at the jobs and really made it clear what needed doing and how he would do it. This really impressed me as other people we spoke to quoted us over the phone and did not appreciate the difficulty of the wall we needed curtain poles in. He quoted us a very reasonable price that covered the whole job and he made it clear that there were no additional charges, again, not a guarantee we had had from other people.
When Rob came to the job he was early and did a great job. Very friendly and really helpful explaining what he had done and why. I would definitely use Rob again for any jobs we have doing around the house.

Comments: Rob was very courteous and extremely informative and helpful. He fitted the new toilet handle and then he was kind enough to have a look at a problem with my kitchen floor. As I live in an old house, the floor in the kitchen has always been uneven - this meant that when my washing machine is on, it ends up practically in the middle of the kitchen!
Rob carried out an intermediary fix (which I had tried to do unsuccessfully myself!) by creating an indentation so that the wheel of the washing machine could be kept still so that it didn't wobble everywhere once it was on.
I am very pleased with Rob - he explained everything about the jobs he did, was very helpful and very good value for money.

Comments: I moved house a couple of months ago and had a host of handyman job requirements. When Rob first came to look at the work, I was very impressed with how professional, polite and honest he was. He gave me a quote, which I accepted and when he returned to carry out the work he was punctual, efficient, did a quality job and in terms of tidiness, you wouldn't have known he had been there. I was also impressed with how helpful Rob was - I did have a job that was outside his remit so instead of saying 'no, I can't do it' he referred me back to Safe Local Trades, who were also very helpful, and Rob followed it up to ensure that I had received the help required.
