This is our immaculate Willerby Sierra holiday home located at the Western end of the peaceful Pinewoods Holiday Park, on a South facing plot featuring a large wrap around balcony. Within minutes walking distance into the pinewoods and onto the sandy beach. It is approximately 1 mile to the picturesque town of Wells-next-the-sea. There is a miniature railway which operates from the park to the town during high season. The park appeals to a wide range of holiday makers from families and couples looking for a beach holiday to those looking to explore the north Norfolk coast.

 

• The caravan sleeps 6 with accommodation comprising of 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite with w.c and basin and plentiful wardrobe and drawer storage. The second bedroom had 2 single beds (which can be moved together to create a double bed) with wardrobe and drawer space. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. You'll find bedding for all the beds i.e. quilts, pillows and mattress covers, but not linen or towels. The bathroom features a walk in shower.

• The kitchen is modern with built in appliances including microwave, full size gas cooker and integrated fridge freezer. The kitchen is equipped with crockery, glassware and a range of pots and pans. There are also small electrical appliances such as a kettle, and four slice toaster.

• The dining area features a table and four upholstered chairs.

• A large corner sofa furnishes the spacious living area along with a coal effect electric fire and coffee table. Entertainment is provided by a flatscreen TV complete with Freesat and integrated DVD player. Free Wi-fi is available for up to 2 devices - just pick up a pass code and access details from reception. Please note the Wi-fi is not 'fast' and streaming movies etc. is not allowed.

• The large decked area has table, umbrella and 6 chairs for outdoor living. There is also a lockable storage box for boots etc. and a further storage box with a pair of sun loungers in it. Car parking is available alongside the property.
