Rob was very courteous and extremely informative and helpful. He fitted the new toilet handle and then he was kind enough to have a look at a problem with my kitchen floor. As I live in an old house, the floor in the kitchen has always been uneven - this meant that when my washing machine is on, it ends up practically in the middle of the kitchen!

Rob carried out an intermediary fix (which I had tried to do unsuccessfully myself!) by creating an indentation so that the wheel of the washing machine could be kept still so that it didn't wobble everywhere once it was on.
